OUR STORY
Erin began bartending in high-volume restaurants, sports bars, professional sports facilities and dance clubs. While hosting a Halloween party, she was busy being the hostess and bartender the entire evening. She realized after all her planning and work, she didn't get to really enjoy time with her guests. Surely, others out there the same way, so she founded the company and began bringing on more excellent bartenders. Erin found her true passion in bartending for private events!
Over the past 12 years, the Erin Cook Personal Bartending Services team has serviced nearly 1,000 weddings and events in the Kansas City, MO area. We have built wonderful client and vendor relationships that last for years. The company has put a stamp on the wedding industry and stands out for their excellence in service, competitive pricing and a true personalized experience at every event.
OUR WORK
Our goal is to alleviate bar preparation stresses that can arise out of major event planning and let you enjoy your own party. We help create a menu you will love, that stays within your budget and will give you the tools needed to provide an awesome experience for you and your guests.
We currently offer hosted/open bars (non-cash bars) in Kansas and Missouri for wedding receptions, holiday parties, birthday parties, charity events, corporate happy hours and any type of private event where you can be with your guests and not stress! We are licensed and insured, all of our bartenders are TIPS certified and hold their Kansas City liquor cards.

Each event proposal is customized according to open bar time, guest count, type of drinks being served, venue layout, calendar date and more. Our rates begin at $400, plus a minimum gratuity per bartender either with a tip jar or a hosted gratuity. A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer is required to save your date and a contract must be signed.
We will provide the serving barware as needed (Beverage dispensers, tables, linens, ice buckets, scoops, cocktail napkins, stir straws, garnish station, condiment stations, etc); so you are only responsible for the alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, and garnishes. We provide soft drink packages to lessen your shopping load, so please inquire for those rates.
Once you have confirmed your date with the retainer and contract, we will begin working on your ideal bar menu and will receive a customized shopping list for everything you'll need to stay within budget!
Travel is included within the 20 mile radius of Kansas City, MO, if your event is outside of this radius, a small fee will be applied.
