How much notice do you require to properly book an event?

We book dates on a first come, first served basis. We are capable of multiple events on a given day, but we strongly encourage you to book as soon as possible. We book events up to 16 months in advance, so the sooner the better. There are some dates that we will have availability with last minute notice, please be sure to inquire, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

 

 

Do you require a contract/retainer?

We require both a contract and a retainer. The retainer is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-applicable to your day of event service. It reserves your date, and includes taxes and admin fees, insurance coverage, consultation, customized shopping list, and travel within 20 miles inside of Kansas City, MO radius.  To book your event, you must submit your retainer and a signed contract. 

 

How do I know how many bartenders I will need? 

When you complete your questionnaire, we take into account the amount of guests attending & drinking, the type of consumption expected and the services requested (champagne toasts, soft drink stations, etc.,) All of which play a part in determining the optimal number of bartenders required for the best service possible.

Are your bartenders certified?

All of our bartenders are TIPS® certified (Training for Intervention Procedures and most carry a Kansas City Liquor Permit. There are bartenders that carry other individual city licenses.

Can you provide the alcohol for my event?

We currently do not provide alcohol for our clients or cash bar services, however, we will provide a customized supply list that caters specifically to your bar menu requests.

Can guests bring their own alcohol to my event? 

We will serve the alcohol that is provided by our clients only. We do not allow Outside Alcohol by guests to bring, dispense or provide their alcohol to other guests.

Can guests under the age of 21 be at my event?

Underage guests are welcome at your event! We are happy to provide "mocktail" drink ideas, serve soft drinks and water. However, we will ID anyone appearing under the age of 35 and will not service anyone under 21.

Do you do signature drinks? 

We love to help our clients come up with original and tasty drinks that reflect their personalities and their event! Let us know if you would like to add your own to your bar menu!

Can we request a specific bartender? 

If you have a certain bartender in mind for your event, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, we can not guarantee every request!

Will you travel outside of Kansas City? 

Yes! Your retainer fee includes up to a 20 miles radius of Kansas City, MO, however, we are happy to travel elsewhere for a minimal additional fee. We have done events from Weston to Louisburg and Lawrence to Sedalia and about everything in between!
